Welcome! I share these brief messages because learning to leave Life alone has meant so much to me. Fifteen years ago my wife died. She was my beautiful partner and constant friend and without her I needed to learn who I was and what my role would now be. I'd always been interested in personal betterment so I started a deep exploration, mostly by reading at first.
After digging shallow holes all over the field I eventually came upon some teachings that hit home. I decided to dig deep in that one hole. I spent months, then years, seeing spiritual teachers, inviting and hosting many of them to the Seattle area, my home, and gaining understanding.
The result has been a clear understanding of life as it really is, that has brought me the peace and contentment I hope to now share with you. I wish you the best in whatever journey you're on. Mostly I wish you ease and a problem-free life.
